Elliot D. Tiller is a partner in the Atlanta office of Goodman McGuffey Lindsey & Johnson, LLP, who practices in the areas of general civil and tort litigation, with an emphasis on premises liability and products liability in the Georgia state and federal courts. He has extensive experience in the area of insurance defense.

Elliot was admitted to the State Bar of Georgia in 1998. He is also admitted to practice before the United States District Courts for the Northern, Middle and Southern Districts of Georgia. He graduated summa cum laude from the University of Georgia with a Bachelor of Science degree in 1995, and received his law degree from the University of Georgia, School of Law, graduating cum laude in 1998. Elliot is also a member of the Tort and Insurance Sections of the State Bar of Georgia. Elliot was born in 1974.
