Brian C. Dowling is an experienced trial attorney and managing partner of the Orlando office of Goodman McGuffey Lindsey & Johnson, LLP. He primarily represents employers and insurers in workers' compensation matters and Federal Longshore and Harbor Workers' Compensation Act claims.

Brian is a member of the Florida Bar, and is Board Certified in Florida Workers' Compensation Law. He is also a member of the Young Lawyers' Division and Workers' Compensation Sections of the Florida Bar. Brian is a member of the Orange County Bar Association, and is an active participant in the Workers' Compensation Section. Through the OCBA, Brian volunteers as a Guardian Ad Litem, protecting the interests of children in Central Florida. He is a frequent lecturer nationwide on a variety of topics including workers' compensation, ethics, disability, and employment practices.

Brian is a graduate of the University of Florida (B.A., 1997, cum laude) and the University of Florida, Frederic G. Levin College Of Law (J.D., 2001). In law school, he was a recipient of the Pro Bono Certificate of Service. He is a member of Florida Blue Key Honor Fraternity and the Phi Kappa Tau, Alpha Eta Chapter, Board of Governors. Brian was born in Bethesda, Maryland in 1976.
