Kristy P. Kramp is an associate attorney in the Atlanta office  of Goodman McGuffey Lindsey & Johnson, LLP, who handles a wide range of employment litigation and insurance matters.  Kristy represents employers in all aspects of labor and employment litigation arising under federal and state law, including claims of discrimination and harassment based on sex, race, national origin, religion, age, and disability, as well as retaliation claims and issues arising under the Fair Labor Standards Act.  Kristy also has experience defending corporations and individuals in various civil litigation matters in the areas of products liability, premises liability, motor vehicle accidents, personal injury, and related areas of insurance defense.

Kristy graduated from the University of Colorado at Boulder with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, with an emphasis in Human Resources Management and Marketing. Following graduation, she worked with a boutique law firm that specialized in intellectual property. Kristy obtained her J.D. from Florida Coastal School of Law in 2008. While at Florida Coastal, Kristy was a member of the Mock Trial team and competed in the ABA Labor and Employment Mock Trial Competition, as well as the AAJ Mock Trial Competition. Kristy also interned for the Florida Department of Children and Families and was a Certified Legal Intern with the Florida Bar Association.
