David Abercrombie works with and assists clients in defending cases in state and federal courts in Georgia, including insurance defense, professional negligence, personal injury, property damage and premises liability, as well as products liability. He graduated summa cum laude from Georgia State University in 1999 with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Management, and received his Juris Doctor from the Emory University School of Law in May of 2003, where he was the recipient of the Emory Law School Academic Scholarship.

While in law school, David externed for Justice Robert Benham of the Supreme Court of Georgia, and most recently clerked for five Superior Court Judges in the Coweta Judicial Circuit. He is a member of the State Bar of Georgia, the American Bar Association and the Atlanta Bar Association. David was born at Fort Sill, Oklahoma on September 6, 1970, but grew up in Decatur, Georgia.
