Jennifer Jerzak Blackman is a partner in the Raleigh office of Goodman McGuffeyLLP. Her practice is focused in the area of workers' compensation. She has been trying cases before juries for twenty years and practicing before the North Carolina Industrial Commission for more than fifteen years. Jennifer specializes in complex cases including those related to occupational diseases and death claims. She regularly litigates cases before deputy commissioners, the Full Commission, and the appellate courts in North Carolina.
Jennifer received her undergraduate degree in Anthropology and Women's Studies from the University of Virginia, and earned her law degree from Wake Forest University. She is an active member of the North Carolina State Bar, North Carolina Bar Association, Wake County Bar Association, and the North Carolina Association of Defense Attorneys.
