Elliot D. Tiller is a partner in the Atlanta office of Goodman McGuffey Lindsey & Johnson, LLP, who practices in the areas of general civil and tort litigation, with an emphasis on premises liability and products liability in the Georgia state and federal courts. He has extensive experience in the area of insurance defense. Elliot has developed extensive expertise in all areas of premises liability and has represented several large national retail and restaurant chains throughout the State of Georgia with great success. Elliot has been privileged to speak at numerous seminars on subjects focusing primarily on insurance law and premises liability and has written several articles on premises liability in Georgia.
