Will Lee joined Goodman McGuffey Lindsey & Johnson, LLP in 2005 and has over twenty years experience as a Legal Administrator.  Will is well- versed in all areas of law firm management, including human resources management, financial management, technology management, facilities management, strategic planning, and operations management. Prior to entering the legal field, Will served in various financial management capacities for one of the world's largest corporations.

Will is a member of the Association of Legal Administrators and has served that association in numerous capacities; President of the South Texas chapter, Regional Officer for ALA's Region 4, annual educational conference speaker, annual educational conference planning committee member and various other national committees. Will is presently a member of the Atlanta Chapter of the association and serves on their Board of Directors. He is a member and serves on the Board of Directors of ALA's Cyber chapter which is a virtual chapter consisting of ALA members from around the world who meet and exchange information on-line. While in Texas, Will chaired the Legal Administrators Division of the State Bar of Texas and served on its Board of Directors. During his tenure as a member of the Legal Administrators Division of the State Bar of Texas, Will spoke at Annual Bar Meetings and was part of a team of Legal Administrators who wrote a Basic Law Office Management CLE course for members of the State Bar of Texas, and taught this course to bar members throughout Texas. Will is a graduate of Mississippi State University.
