Goodman McGuffey workers’ compensation attorney, Neal B. Childers, will be presenting at the 2017 Workers’ Compensation Law Institute on October 5, 2017, in St. Simons Island, Georgia.
The presentation, “Idiopathic Injuries,” will be presented with Administrative Law Judge Johnny Mason, Jr. and attorney Paul M. Knott. The presentation will provide an overview of the current state of the law regarding Idiopathic Injuries, including the current approach to the issue by the Appellate Division of the State Board of Workers’ Compensation and by the Georgia appellate courts. It will provide tips on presenting claims from both the claimant’s and employer’s perspectives.
